        Disable Background Apps in the Settings app
            1. Launch the Windows Settings app.
            2. Click "Apps" on the left sidebar, then "Apps & features."
            3. Locate the app, then click the "three-dots" button to the right of the app's name and select                      "Advanced options."

             If the "Advanced options" option is not available, then the app does not support managing its                      background app permission.
           4. Under the section "Background app permissions," select "Never" from the dropdown list.

      Focus assist (also called quiet hours in earlier versions of Windows 10) allows you to avoid         distracting notifications when you need to stay focused. It's set by default to activate                 automatically when you're duplicating your display, playing a game, or using an app in            full  screen mode. You can control any or all of these, as well as determining to what level          notifications are suppressed.
      Select Start  > Settings  > System Focus assist, or, in the search box  on the                        taskbar, type Focus assist and then select Focus assist settings from the list of results.

Use dictation to convert spoken words into text anywhere on your PC with Windows 10. Dictation uses speech recognition, which is built into Windows 10, so there's nothing you need to download and install to use it.

To start dictating, select a text field and press the Windows logo key  + H to open the dictation toolbar. Then say whatever’s on your mind.  To stop dictating at any time while you're dictating, say “Stop dictation.”

  1. Select Start  > Settings .

  2. Select Personalization > Colors.
    Open Colors setting

  3. Under Choose your color, select Custom.

  4. Under Choose your default Windows mode, select Dark.

  5. Under Choose your default app mode, select Light or Dark.

  6. To manually select an accent color, choose one under Recent colors or Windows colors, or select Custom color for an even more detailed option. Or select the Automatically pick an accent color from my background box to have Windows select the color. The accent color will help offset and complement the Custom mode.

  7. Under Show accent color on the following surfaces, select the Start, taskbar, and action center box and the Title bars and window borders box.

  1. Select Start , then enter settings in the search box. Select Settings  > System  > Display  > Night light.
    If your night light toggle is grayed out, you may need to update your display driver. See Update drivers manually in Windows.

  2. Turn on Schedule night light. Then, either select Sunset to sunrise, or select Set hours and enter custom times for the night light to turn on and off.

Xbox Game Bar is built into Windows 10 so you can capture videos and screenshots while playing PC games. While you're playing a game, press the Windows logo key  + on your keyboard to open Xbox Game Bar. If you have an Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller plugged in to your PC, press the Xbox  button.

  • Select Record from now (the circle) to start a clip, then Stop recording (the square) to end it.

  • Select Take screenshot (the camera icon) to take a picture of what’s happening in the game.

  • For full-screen PC games, use Windows logo key  + Alt + G to start and stop recording.

  • To edit a clip, select the Xbox  button to open the Xbox app and then select Captures.

  • Select Start  > Settings  > System Display.

  • If you want to change the size of your text and apps, choose an option from the drop-down menu under Scale and layout. Learn how to change just your text size in Make Windows easier to see.

  • To change your screen resolution, use the drop-down menu under Display resolution. Note: You should use the Recommended resolution. If you change the resolution, content might appear blurry or pixelated.

  • To adjust your color calibration, search "calibrate display color" in the Settings search box and follow the directions.

From the Start menu, open the Run dialog box or you can Press the "Window + R" key to open the RUN window.

Type "%temp%" and click on the OK button.

And, you can also find the temporary files in the "Temp" folder by typing the "temp" command or by typing the "C:\Windows\Temp" path in the Run window. Similarly, you can open the "%temp%" folder by typing the following path in the Run Window, "C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp".

Step 3

Select all the files and folders containing it and then press the "Delete" key to delete all the temporary files and folders to the "Recycle Bin".

Finally, open the "Recycle Bin" and by clicking on the "Empty Recycle Bin" option you can delete permanently all the temporary files and folders if you want.
